These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the maxwinmy platform, including all gaming products, account services, and payment facilities made available at maxwinmy.club. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the maxwinmy Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. maxwinmy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the maxwinmy Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform is not offered in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the maxwinmy Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Personal Use. The maxwinmy Platform is for personal entertainment use only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, including operation of a betting syndicate or provision of gaming services to third parties using your Account, is prohibited.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.2 KYC Verification. maxwinmy operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds and Account restriction.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your Account promptly. maxwinmy accepts no liability for Account-related communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.
4.1 Credential Confidentiality. Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify maxwinmy support immediately via live chat. maxwinmy will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, including a temporary suspension pending investigation, upon receipt of such notification.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. maxwinmy provides optional two-factor authentication ("2FA") for Account logins. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of security. While not mandatory, Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA through their Account security settings.
4.4 No Liability for Player Negligence. maxwinmy accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials or failure to log out from shared devices.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. maxwinmy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) and FPX are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. maxwinmy bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder, consistent with KYC verification. maxwinmy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance. Players must have wagered deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.
5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional identity verification.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at maxwinmy's discretion.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on the maxwinmy Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds, and time limits. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the stated number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse Prevention. maxwinmy reserves the right to void bonus awards and cancel associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed through abuse of promotional mechanics, use of multiple Accounts, or coordinated manipulation of wagering requirements.
6.4 Changes to Promotions. maxwinmy may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or terminated, any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
7.1 Binding Wagers. Once confirmed, all Wagers placed on the maxwinmy Platform are binding. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including game type, selection, stake, and any applicable options — before confirming a Wager.
7.2 Void Bets. maxwinmy reserves the right to void Wagers in the event of manifest error in odds or game parameters, technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game or event, or where a Wager is placed in violation of these Terms. Voided Wagers will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
7.3 Results. For live casino games, all outcomes are determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer in a licensed studio environment. For sportsbook bets, settlement is based on official results from the relevant sporting authority. For Toto 4D and Sic Bo, results are determined by the platform's independently audited random number generation system or licensed draw procedures.
7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction that interrupts a Wager before it is settled, maxwinmy will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its published malfunction policy. The platform's displayed outcome is void if a game fails to complete due to a technical error.

10.1 Platform Content. All content on the maxwinmy Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of maxwinmy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the maxwinmy Platform without prior written authorisation.
11.1 Platform Availability. maxwinmy operates the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
11.2 Gambling Losses. maxwinmy accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players in the course of their use of the Platform. All Wagers are placed voluntarily and at the Player's own risk.
11.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, maxwinmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, maxwinmy's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your maxwinmy Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification.
12.2 maxwinmy-Initiated Termination. maxwinmy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct; (c) we are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) continued operation of your Account would create unacceptable risk or liability for the Platform.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Depending on the reason for termination, maxwinmy may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where termination follows confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, maxwinmy reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.
maxwinmy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, maxwinmy will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which maxwinmy holds its operating licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the maxwinmy Platform, you should first contact our support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. maxwinmy commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
